Social Life

During your programme Sport Lived our staff organise lots of social events to make your overseas trip as fun and enjoyable as possible.  We usually organise a social event during the first week of your programme and at least one social event per month after that.  Our social events include golf days, beach BBQs, trips to sporting events and fancy dress parties.

Below is an example of the social events organised for the people playing sport in Sydney in 2008.

March – Welcome Drinks at the Opera Bar & BBQ at Coogee Beach

April – Sydney Bridge Climb

May – Trip to the Blue Mountains

June – State of Origin Rugby League Match at Telstra Stadium – NSW vs QLD

July – Sydney Swans AFL Match at the SCG

August – Farewell Pub Crawl in Sydney
